Oops! Forgotten your password? No worries—it happens to the best of us! Here’s a super simple guide to get you back on track and ready to dive into your meal planning again in no time!
Step 1: Go to https://app.aimp.metabolicbalance.com.au/login and click on the Forgot password button

Step 2: Enter in your AiMP email account

Don’t close this web page. After you click “Send reset code” it will turn into the following after you press “Send reset code”:

Step 3: Put the code sent to you via email and new password into the form
Go over to your email and retrieve the code from your email. You will receive an email from ‘no-reply@verificationemail.com’. Be sure to check your SPAM email for this email. The email will look like this:

Step 4: Enter your reset code and new password (with verification)
Head back to the webpage (with the form similar to the below) and put the ‘password reset code’ from your email (it is a 6 digit number) into the ‘Verification Code’.

Then type in a new password, and verfiy the password.
A note on the two passwords, they must:
- be exactly the same.
- be at least 8 characters long.
- contain at least one uppercase letter.
- contain at least one lowercase letter.
- contain at least one number.
- contain at least one special character.
Step 5: Press ‘Update Password’

Note: If you don’t have the right code, your passwords don’t match, or your password doesn’t follow the password rules, you will get errors on the screen like the ones below:

That’s ok, simply fix up the issues and click the ‘Update Password’ button again, and all will update.
You will then see:

Step 6: Click on ‘Return to Login button’, and put in your email address and new password

… and you will be logged in and can retrieve your past meal planners!
